This website, marilynnsellsfl.com, belongs to Marilynn Wolfe, a licensed Florida REALTOR® with LPT Realty, LLC. Marilynn helps buyers and sellers in Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and the communities of Flagler and St. Johns counties.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Marilynn Wolfe and her brokerage, LPT Realty, LLC. “You” means anyone who visits or uses this website.

When you fill out a contact form, request a home value report, book an appointment, or register for property alerts, you may give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• A property address and details about a home, such as beds, baths, condition, and when you might like to buy or sell
• Any message or notes you include
• Your search preferences, if you register for property alerts

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site and the services it uses automatically collect some technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location (for example, city), the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. Some of this is collected through cookies, described below.

How we use your information

We use your information to help you with your real estate needs, including to:

• Answer your questions and respond to your requests
• Prepare a home value report (comparative market analysis) you’ve asked for
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Send property alerts and listing updates you’ve signed up for
• Follow up with you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry, as you’ve allowed
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
• Keep the site secure and meet our legal and professional obligations

When you submit a form, your details are emailed to Marilynn and may be entered into her real estate customer relationship management (CRM) system, Lofty, so she can keep track of your request and follow up with you.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run this website and our business, such as our web host, form and email tools, CRM, and calendar. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Our brokerage. Marilynn is an agent with LPT Realty, LLC, and information about your real estate inquiry or transaction may be shared with the brokerage as part of normal brokerage oversight and recordkeeping.
• When required by law. If we are required to by law, regulation, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.

If you move forward with buying or selling a home, we may also share information with others involved in your transaction (such as a lender, title company, or another agent) when you ask us to or when it’s needed to complete your transaction.

• Hostinger hosts this WordPress website.
• WPForms powers the contact and home value forms.
• Lofty is Marilynn’s real estate CRM, and Lofty IDX powers the property search. Listing information comes from Stellar MLS. If you register for property alerts or save searches, Lofty collects and stores that information.
• Google Calendar handles appointment booking. When you book a time, Google collects the details you enter.
• YouTube videos and Google Maps are embedded on some pages. When you view or play them, Google may set cookies and collect information about your visit.
• Google Analytics and Google Site Kit help us understand site traffic, as described above.

Listing information is provided by Stellar MLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It is for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties they may be interested in buying.

Text messaging

Some forms on this site ask for your phone number and your consent to be contacted. By giving your phone number and agreeing, you allow Marilynn Wolfe and LPT Realty to contact you by call, text, or email about your real estate inquiry, which may include automated means.

• Consent is optional. It is not a condition of buying or selling any property or service.
• Message and data rates may apply. How often you hear from us depends on your inquiry.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. You may get one final message confirming you’ve opted out.

When you tap a “Text” or “Call” link on this site, your phone’s own messaging or phone app opens. Those messages and calls go through your mobile carrier.

Your choices

No website, internet connection, or storage method is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive information, such as bank or Social Security numbers, through the website’s forms.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
