Marilyn is an amazing realtor. She's professional, diligent, extremely kind, and went the extra distance on so many elements of the deal. She coordinated with contractors of all sorts, communicated effectively to keep everyone up to date and kept the sale on track to close in a very timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better person or experience. She took a lot of stress off of both the seller and the borrower. I highly recommend her. Marilynn was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, my mother had an untimely passing and Marilynn helped me through a difficult time.
