We were introduced to Marilynn Wolfe in June of 2023. My sister had met Marilynn when she was shopping for a home in Palm Coast area a couple of years ago. We were looking for a new home to be built in Palm Coast. She met with us prior to beginning our search to understand what we were looking for and the options we wanted to have. Marilynn took us around to the many model homes for the builders in the Palm Coast area. After we chose the model of the home and the builder, she took us around the area to evaluate the many available lots that would fit our new home. She was present with us throughout the entire purchase process. She was there when we chose the options for the model of the home we were purchasing. She was available to us to answer questions we had about Palm Coast and the mortgage loan process. She kept a watch on the progress of the build for us since we lived out-of-state and sent us pictures as major milestones were completed. She met with the builder construction manager and took tours of the home as it was built and shared the progress with us via video tours. She coordinated with the construction manager on our behalf to schedule our on-site tours and for items that needed to be addressed. She also coordinated with the home inspector we had hired and the builder. Marilynn was with us during both of the orientation walkthroughs prior to settlement and was also present along with us during the closing process.
We were very impressed with her familiarity with the St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona areas and the builders in those areas.
